As an update to my recent android app post, Unlock With WiFi appears to no longer have a free version available.
There is a paid version available for $2.49 and it is a very useful app, but unless you need automatic unlocking between multiple wifi networks it may seem a bit pricy an investment.
If you want to try another free alternative then Bluetooth and Wifi Unlocker is worth a look.
